4. Data Control & Deletion

You may remove documents and knowledge-base content using the controls available in your account. You may also delete your account and its associated personal information from your account settings, or by contacting RagForge AI. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate operational purposes.
